For questions about your appointments, memberships, treatment records, loyalty points, or clinic-level refunds — contact your clinic directly first. If you have a platform-specific issue (login problems, app access), email support@zennor.app and we will assist.
Grievance Officer
As required under the IT Act 2000 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following person is designated as Grievance Officer for Zennor:
Grievances acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
