This policy applies to the Zennor platform operated by STRATOSIA DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED.

Zennor SaaS Delivery

Delivery of the Zennor SaaS software architecture is 100% digital. Service access is provisioned instantly upon successful subscription payment and the completion of account creation credentials. No physical shipment, delivery, or packaging process is associated with Zennor SaaS subscriptions.

Clinic Retail Products Delivery

For any physical retail products (e.g., dermatological skincare, post-procedure treatments) purchased by a patient via the platform’s digital checkout, the respective Clinic acts as the sole Seller of record. All logistics, packaging, shipping timelines, transit insurance, and transit liabilities rest entirely and exclusively with the Clinic.

STRATOSIA DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED operates purely as a technology intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is not responsible or liable for shipping delays, damaged goods, transit losses, or failed deliveries.
