Data Deletion Request
Effective June 25, 2026 · STRATOSIA DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you can request deletion of your Zennor account and associated personal data. Use the form below if you cannot access the app. We verify ownership of the registered phone number before completing a request.
What Gets Deleted or De-identified
- Your user profile and personal information across all clinics
- Your Firebase Authentication account and active carts
- Membership and subscription profile data
- Loyalty points and redemption history
- Where order, membership, and transaction records must be kept for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, or clinic recordkeeping purposes, we remove your name and contact details from them; an internal account reference may remain
Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours after verifying ownership. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification. Records we must keep by law (for example, financial records under tax or GST requirements) are kept without your name or contact details. Records your Clinic must keep stay with your Clinic; we will tell the Clinic about your request.

In-App Deletion
If you still have access to the Zennor app, you can delete your account directly from Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. The app clearly explains what is deleted and what may be retained without your name or contact details.
