Data Deletion Request

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. Use the form below to submit a deletion request for your Zennor account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
- Your user profile and personal information across all clinics
- Order history and transaction records
- Membership and subscription records
- Loyalty points and redemption history
- Your Firebase Authentication account
Processing Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 72 hours of submission. Some data may be retained as required by applicable Indian law (e.g., financial records under the Companies Act, 2013 or GST regulations).

In-App Deletion
If you still have access to the Zennor app, you can delete your account directly from Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This triggers immediate deletion without the 72-hour processing window.
