Data Deletion Request

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you can request deletion of your Zennor account and associated personal data. Use the form below if you cannot access the app. We verify ownership of the registered phone number before completing a request.
What Gets Deleted or Anonymized
- Your user profile and personal information across all clinics
- Your Firebase Authentication account and active carts
- Membership and subscription profile data
- Loyalty points and redemption history
- Personal details in order, membership, and transaction records are anonymized where those records must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, or clinic recordkeeping purposes
Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours after verifying ownership. Some data may be retained in anonymized form where required by applicable law (for example, financial records under tax or GST requirements).

In-App Deletion
If you still have access to the Zennor app, you can delete your account directly from Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. The app clearly explains what is deleted and what may be retained in anonymized form.
